VOA Worldwide Terms and Conditions
Welcome to VOA Worldwide. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at www.voaworldwide.com (“Site”) and the services offered by VOA Worldwide (“VOA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.
1. Membership & Services
VOA Worldwide provides concierge and travel-related services including:
Hotel, resort, car rental, and airline bookings
Optimization of credit card, hotel, and airline loyalty programs
Use of member points and benefits for maximum value
VOA membership is required to access these services. Only one membership type is offered.
Trial Period: Members who join through a partner company have 10 months to send a written cancellation notice to concierge@voaworldwide.com.
Auto-Renewal: Membership renews automatically each year at $399.00. Written cancellation must be received at least 60 business days prior to the renewal date. Failure to cancel in writing will result in renewal, even if payment fails. Members will be charged a $100.00 late fee for unpaid dues. Access is suspended until full payment is received. VOA may send delinquent accounts to collections.
Refund Policy: No refunds are issued once membership is activated.
2. Legal and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA. All disputes shall first be attempted to resolve through friendly mediation. If mediation fails, disputes may proceed to court, where the member shall be responsible for all VOA legal fees if judgment is awarded to VOA.
3. User Conduct
Members agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information
Refrain from using the platform to harass or defame VOA, its staff, or other members
Any false, slanderous, or defamatory posts, messages, reviews, or content made against VOA or its employees may result in immediate service termination and legal action. VOA reserves the right to pursue up to $25,000 USD per post/incident in damages.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All content on this Site is the intellectual property of VOA Worldwide. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission.
By submitting photos, testimonials, or videos to VOA, users grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for marketing or promotional purposes. All content must respect privacy guidelines and may not contain defamatory or abusive content.
5. Third-Party Services
VOA may provide access to or integrate with third-party booking engines, platforms, or tools. We are not responsible for their content, performance, or terms.
VOA acts solely as an intermediary. We do not own or operate hotels, resorts, airlines, or other travel services.
6. Communication
By becoming a member, you consent to receive communication via email, phone, SMS, and other channels for service and marketing purposes. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Account Updates and Cancellation: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to concierge@voaworldwide.com at least 60 business days prior to the end of the membership term to avoid renewal and late fees.
7. Privacy and Data Handling
VOA collects personal and financial data to deliver services, including full name, address, and payment information. This information is protected, never sold, and only shared with trusted third parties as necessary to provide services.

8. Account Suspension and Termination
VOA may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for:
Violating these Terms
Abusive or harassing behavior toward staff (via calls, emails, messages, or social posts)
Fraud or misuse of services
9. Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VOA regarding use of the Site and services. Failure to enforce any part does not waive VOA’s right to enforce it later.
