VOA Worldwide Terms and Conditions

Welcome to VOA Worldwide. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at www.voaworldwide.com (“Site”) and the services offered by VOA Worldwide (“VOA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site or our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our services.

1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to VOA Worldwide LLC (“VOA Worldwide,” “VOA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) govern your use of the VOA Worldwide website and your participation in the VOA membership program. By accessing our website, registering for membership, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Definitions

  • “Member” – An individual who has enrolled in the VOA Worldwide Membership Program.

  • “Services” – Portfolio management, concierge assistance, travel-related support, and access to VOA’s member-only travel network.

  • “Partner Networks” – Third-party licensed sellers of travel, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tours, and activity providers that VOA works with.

  • “Annual Membership” – A renewable 12-month term.

  • “Lifetime Membership” – A one-time payment membership with continued access to services under this Agreement.

  • “Platform” – VOA Worldwide’s website, CRM, portals, and communication systems.

3. Scope of Services & Member Access

VOA Worldwide provides independent Vacation Ownership Portfolio Management and Concierge Services, designed to enhance every aspect of your travel experience and ownership value.

As a VOA Worldwide member, you gain exclusive access to member rates and benefits, including:

3.1 Member Travel Access

  • Cruises: Access to member-only rates on ocean and river cruises with global cruise lines.

  • Activities: Discounted access to excursions, attractions, and local experiences in thousands of destinations.

  • Resorts: Access to timeshare-affiliated properties and resort accommodations worldwide — including studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units — available at member-only pricing and subject to availability.

  • Hotels: Preferred hotel member rates across thousands of major brands and boutique properties.

  • Tours: Member pricing on guided and independent tours available in over 160 countries.

  • Transportation and Car Rentals: Assistance securing member rates through VOA’s licensed travel partners.

3.2 Portfolio Management

VOA offers complete travel portfolio management, helping members maximize the value of their travel assets and benefits, including:

  • Hotel, Airline, and Credit Card Rewards: Assistance optimizing points, miles, and elite benefit levels.

  • Timeshare Ownership Utilization: Guidance on how to best use, exchange, or maximize owned vacation intervals or points.

  • Maintenance Fee Value: Education on leveraging maintenance fees for travel value and return on investment.

  • Comprehensive Travel Planning: Combining rewards, ownership, and benefits into a cohesive portfolio strategy.

  • Personal Concierge Support: Assistance with bookings, upgrades, and travel research, ensuring members receive the best value for every trip.

3.3 Exclusive Partner Benefits — Ben’s Big Deal

VOA Worldwide maintains an exclusive educational partnership with Ben’s Big Deal (Instagram: @bensbigdeal), offering additional value to all active members.

  • Each new VOA member receives 30 days of complimentary access to Ben’s Big Deal Courses, which include up to eight live Zoom calls with other members.

  • These sessions cover key financial and travel optimization topics such as credit cards, hotel programs, airline rewards, and maximizing points.

  • At the conclusion of the 30-day complimentary period, members may choose to continue with Ben’s Big Deal at a special VOA member rate.

  • Some VOA membership levels may include 3-month, 6-month, or 1-year access to Ben’s Big Deal as part of their package.

  • The specific duration and benefits included will be detailed at the point of enrollment and displayed on each member’s VOA Worldwide Member Profile page for confirmation and clarity.

Disclaimer: Ben’s Big Deal is an independent educational partner. VOA Worldwide LLC is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or outcomes of third-party educational services. Participation is voluntary and subject to Ben’s Big Deal’s own terms of use.

4. Membership Terms

4.1 Enrollment

Membership is activated upon successful registration and payment. By enrolling, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in this Agreement and in our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Renewal & Auto-Renewal

All memberships automatically renew annually unless canceled.
Members must provide written notice of cancellation at least 60 days before the renewal date by emailing cancel@voaworldwide.com.

VOA Worldwide does not send pre-renewal reminders. Renewal charges are processed automatically using the payment method on file.

4.3 Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be submitted by email only to cancel@voaworldwide.com.

  • Members who cancel mid-term retain access until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Memberships canceled after renewal are non-refundable.

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are provided only in cases of verified duplicate charges or payment-processing errors.

4.5 No Refund Policy
All payments made to VOA Worldwide LLC — including initial memberships, renewals, and lifetime memberships — are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of duplicate charge or verified payment-system error.
Because members gain immediate access to VOA services and partner platforms upon payment, no refunds, credits, or reversals will be issued once a transaction is complete.
4.6 Collections

If a signed agreement exists and payment is not completed, the account may be referred to collections after written notice.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

  • Members authorize VOA Worldwide to charge the payment method on file for membership and renewals.

  • Members are responsible for maintaining valid and up-to-date billing information.

  • Applicable taxes may apply based on location.

6. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and truthful personal and billing information.

  2. Use membership benefits for personal or family use only.

  3. Treat all VOA employees and affiliates with respect and professionalism.

  4. Not share, transfer, resell, or allow third-party use of membership benefits without VOA’s prior written consent.

6.1 Conduct Policy
All communications with VOA (including calls and messages) may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
Any abusive, threatening, defamatory, or derogatory statements, including online or social media posts directed at VOA Worldwide or its employees, may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
6.2 Unauthorized Use
Sharing login credentials or benefits with non-members without VOA authorization will result in immediate termination without refund.
Membership transfers must be pre-approved in writing by VOA.

7. VOA Responsibilities

VOA Worldwide agrees to make commercially reasonable efforts to deliver services in a timely, professional manner. However, VOA cannot guarantee availability, rates, or results that depend on third-party travel providers.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

  1. VOA acts solely as an intermediary between members and licensed travel providers.

  2. VOA is not liable for third-party errors, changes, cancellations, or delays.

  3. VOA is not responsible for losses caused by natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or any event beyond its control.

  4. VOA Worldwide LLC, its affiliates, and employees are not liable for indirect or consequential damages exceeding the amount paid by the member in the prior 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, systems, and branding, including VOA®, VOA Worldwide®, and Live Better with VOA™, are protected by trademark and copyright law.

Members may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any VOA intellectual property, marketing content, or digital materials without prior written consent.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1 Information Collected

VOA collects personal data such as name, address, phone number, email, date of birth, travel preferences, and payment information.

10.2 Purpose

Information is collected to deliver concierge and portfolio management services, process bookings, and communicate with members.

10.3 Data Sharing
Limited data (name, email, phone, address) may be shared with VOA’s licensed travel partners solely for service purposes.
Card data is encrypted and never shared with external parties.
VOA does not sell or trade member data for financial gain.
10.4 Data Storage and Retention

Data is stored securely in the United States using Zoho One CRM systems and is retained indefinitely for compliance and service continuity.

10.5 Cookies and Tracking

VOA uses cookies, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel for analytics and marketing optimization.

11. Consent to Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive calls, text messages (SMS), and emails from VOA Worldwide LLC and its representatives for:

  • Account updates, concierge assistance, and booking coordination

  • Membership notifications or travel updates

  • Promotional and informational communications

Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP or unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Opting out of marketing does not affect essential service-related communications.

12. Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: Nevada, USA

  • Arbitration: All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, under American Arbitration Association rules.

  • Class Action Waiver: Members waive the right to join or initiate class-action lawsuits.

  • Language: All proceedings shall be conducted in English.

13. Modifications to Terms

VOA may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date. Continued use of VOA services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

14. Marketing and Communications

By enrolling, members consent to receive communications regarding their account, benefits, and exclusive VOA offers.
Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time while maintaining active membership.
